The Trust Induction Programme starts with a marketplace offering the opportunities to visits tables in the Atrium with Representatives from different departments in the Trust: Workforce, Payroll Services, Library and Knowledge Services, Learning and Development, EPR (Electronic Patient Records), IT, Kaizen and Research.
ID Bages, Smart cards and POC cards will be issued during the Trust Induction.

MAST (Mandatory and Statutory Training)
In addition to your face-to-face Induction programme, you will also be required to complete a number of mandatory e-learning modules via the ESR portal as well as Trust specific Electronic Patient Record (EPR) e-learning to enable you to familiarise yourself and feel competent in the use of the Trust Patient Record system.
You are allocated a half day during the Induction to complete the mandatory e-learning modules on ESR.
