- Arrange to meet with your Educational Supervisor
- Anything e-portfolio based, ask your peers or contact Senior Medical Education Officer.
- If there is a need to escalate, please discuss with the Deputy Medical Education Manager
- The Deputy Medical Education Manager will escalate to the College Tutor/GP Programme Directors and the Director of Medica Education/Strategic Medical Education Manager
- The School will become involved as required

- Exception report any consistent working hours above your work schedule
